50% payment upfront, 50% after sketch approval
Full refunds are only allowed before approval of the rough sketch. Afterwards, you can only refund the second half of payment if I am still in the rough stages of the piece.
I have the right to deny any commission request.
I own the copyright to the commission, including the right to publicly post, distribute, sell, etc the artwork.
Pieces may take 2-4 weeks or more depending on complexity.
Communication will be through DMs or email.
Process
1. Contact me through DMs or email and tell me what you'd like. It helps if you are specific as possible and provide references.2. If both parties accept the commission, I will send an invoice for the first half of the payment.
3. I will make a rough sketch and you can request major revisions for free at this point. After the sketch is approved, I will send an invoice for the second half of the payment.4. I will show progress periodically. Major revisions past the sketch stage will be charged extra depending on complexity.5. Upon completion, I will share a PNG file of the final piece (300dpi, ~3000 pixels).
